We understand your priority of getting your project designed and delivered in time. We make sure all the measures are taken to deliver the projects in time. In spite of complete transparent and automated process still there are few conditions where in this refund policy is applicable.

Refund is applicable if:
If Poorvi Web Solutions failed to serve you with your requirements you get the refund after deducting the processing fee and other necessary charges.
All the refund requests are processed after receiving the written confirmation from the client. The maximum time taken to process the request is 90 days.
The refund requests are accepted for only services directly offered by Poorvi Web Solutions.
No refund is applicable for the third party payments like Domains, Hosting, Bulk SMS, SMM, SEM, etc.
No refunds if:
The project was not supported by the client with the contents, images or any other information required at the time of designing and development.
The project has exceeded more than 45 days without any communication from the client the projects get auto rejected without any kind of refunds.
The project which was not provided with the third party tools for more than 30 days get auto rejected wit out any refund.

Liability:
All the Services rendered from Poorvi Web Solutions are without warranty. There is no guarantee provided by the company for any kind of web design, Web Development, Digital Marketing, Bulk SMS or other products and services un interruption or error free as all these depends on the third party factors. In no event shall Poorvi Web Solutions be held liable to the client for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the website, services, and/or products provided to the client. This includes, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, loss of data or other losses directly resulting from the use of the website, services, and/or Products provided to the client. We should make all the measure to serve you with the un-interrupted services but still the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the web design is with the client.

Credit for the Projects:
It is our right to display our title of the company and a hyper link in all web pages designed by us. By assigning the projects to us you agree for this and if any clients want us to remove the same they have to seek our help. This is valid till the client use our codes, work produced by us. Once you have the job done by any other agency you have the right to remove our label.

Due to the involvement of 3rd party payments, the payments are 100% advance, delay in purchasing the 3rd party tools leads to delay in project delivery. To avoid such instances we have made all our payments as 100% advance.
